Cornwall Men's 55s overcome Sussex

Cornwall’s Men’s 55s travelled to Sussex this weekend and returned with their first win of the season!

Trailing 2-1 after the first round, both doubles pairings showed true Cornish grit and determination in the heat and finally clinched the match with a 14-12 champs tiebreak.

Huge thanks to Martyn Cripps for stepping up last minute, joining Allan Hampshire, Wayne Newlands and Dave Forrest.

Final match is home to Devon on Saturday 22nd August.
